
Our Drying Services
We offer a nationwide service which can be called out at any time, whether your claim event is from a re, escape of water, storm or flood we can assist you to assess and project manage the job to get the job done.
Once we are instructed, via Chemdry instructions reach us within 24 hours, we then contact the policyholder within an hour of our receipt of the instruction from the insurer and attend to the property as soon as possible.
Utilising BDMA qualified technicians and state of the art dehumidifiers. We work to remove moisture from surfaces. Initially visiting the property to assess the restoration requirements and installing the appropriate equipment. We then, using correctly calibrated protimeters, periodically re-visit to check for residual damp being retained in surfaces and we will adjust equipment requirements to ensure a safe and timely restoration of a property to the pre-event condition. Then once the property is dry we will issue a drying certificate to certify this, then allowing the reinstatement works to commence.
Contents Removal & Storage
With drying equipment in place the drying process is underway. If cover is in force, we can assist in the removal of the properties contents into storage to facilitate the drying of the property. If required we can also attend to offsite cleaning and restoration of the contents where possible, thoroughly documenting what contents are affected and removed from site. In the event of a claim involving re, smoke damage will have occurred and we can utilise specialist equipment to eliminate odours and remove smoke deposits.
Following restoration of a property our building team can quickly progress to restore the property back to its former glory.
